All made to order sets are not refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is custom work made to your wishes and size selected and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@nailedtogo.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

How do I know my size?
Kindly refer to our Size and Shape Guide to know how to measure your nails
Please do not guess your size.
You can order a sample sizing kit . NG customers can get free sizing kits with their order. Just select Free sizing kit -NG Customers in the size option when adding to cart. The kit will be sent to you first to get your sizes before making your nails
Do I pay for delivery of the free sizing kit?
No, you do not as long as you are in Nigeria. It will be sent first for your first order to get your sizes before your nails are made
Are the nails strong?
Yes, we use nail tips made from gel unlike regular plastic tips and we use at least 6 coats of gel polish. Many of them also have a layer of hard gel which makes the nails hard yet flexible enough to fit comfortably on the nail.
If you want extra thickness, you can select the add an extra layer of hard gel to your order.
